Your Opportunity
We are currently recruiting for an experienced FRP Supervisor with extensive experience in concrete construction to lead the delivery of major formwork, reinforcement, and pour (FRP) packages. This is a great opportunity for a motivated leader who wants to influence project outcomes and contribute to a strong and inclusive culture at Ngurra.
About the Role
Reporting to the Project Manager, your primary responsibility is to lead and coordinate the site-based workforce including supervisors, direct labour, subcontractors, and plant to ensure all construction works are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the required standards. Key responsibilities include:
Supporting the Project Manager and Operations team to drive a high-performance culture on site
Leading the technical and operational aspects of FRP works
Assisting with workforce planning and providing input during recruitment for FRP roles
Delivering works in line with program, quality, and client expectations
Monitoring daily progress and reporting key variances or issues to the Project Manager
Building and maintaining a strong safety culture
Understanding and applying the scope of works, contract documents, and project specifications
Maintaining accurate records, QA documentation, and compliance with Ngurra’s systems
About You
To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:
Proven experience as an FRP or Concrete Supervisor on large-scale civil projects
Demonstrated experience working for a civil contractor in FIFO, DIDO, or remote project environments
Excellent planning, coordination, and documentation skills
Strong leadership and communication capabilities
A proactive and solutions-focused mindset
Commitment to safety, quality, and cultural values
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to lead by example under pressure
