Your new role

As Construction Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the delivery of high-end commercial fitout projects from site establishment through to handover. Reporting directly to the Project Manager, you'll coordinate subcontractors, manage daily site operations, enforce safety and quality standards, and ensure timelines are met without compromising design intent. You'll act as the key on-site representative, maintaining strong communication with stakeholders and ensuring that client expectations are not only met but exceeded. Your ability to read plans, troubleshoot issues in real time, and lead by example will be critical to the success of each project. This role is central to the company's reputation for delivering detail-driven, design-focused spaces that stand out in the commercial landscape. You will be supported by a collaborative and solutions-focused team, with the opportunity to influence project outcomes and contribute meaningfully to the business's continued growth and client satisfaction.

What you’ll need to succeed

• Proven experience supervising high-end commercial fitout projects
• Strong understanding of construction sequencing and on-site coordination
• Carpentry background is highly advantageous
• Ability to confidently read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings
• Exceptional communication skills with a client-facing approach
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities
• Sound knowledge of WHS regulations and compliance practices
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality finishes
• Proven ability to manage timelines, budgets, and subcontractor performance
