The Role

As Site Supervisor, you’ll help take charge of day-to-day site operations. You’ll coordinate trades, manage logistics, and keep things moving — safely, efficiently, and in line with program and specifications.

You’ll work closely with a proactive Site Manager and a network of engineers, safety officers and supported by diligent Project Managers, backed by systems that help you succeed.

You'll be delivering quality fitout and new build projects across the Adelaide Metro area valued $1M-$5M ensuring confident leadership and taking a solutions based approach to any issues that arise.

We are looking for an ambitious and structured Carpenter or leading hand with some experience delivering commercial construction projects. Someone looking to take a step up in responsibility in running sites day-to-day, coordinating trades, managing safety, solving problems on the go, and representing the company well to clients and subcontractors.

Strong communication, a proactive mindset, and a real desire to learn and develop will help you in taking this next step.
