The Role

Lead and supervise all on-site activities for new build projects, ensuring safety and quality standards are met. Coordinate subcontractors, trades, and suppliers to maximise productivity. Monitor progress, resolve issues promptly, and keep projects on schedule. Maintain accurate site reports and documentation while collaborating with project teams for smooth delivery.

The Like Mind

• Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or Site Foreman on new build projects
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, organise, and manage site teams effectively
• In-depth knowledge of construction site safety, quality control, and building regulations
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
