We are a growing accountancy firm who are looking for an Admin Assistant/Receptionist to join us on our journey. We are a family orientated office with flexible work conditions.
Your key responsibilities would include:
Reception duties including answering incoming calls, transferring/taking messages accordingly and meeting and greeting clients.
Supporting all staff within the company with administrative duties
Ensure that all data and information is accurate and up to date in our systems.
Management of work flow and other internal work platforms.
Assist with arranging appointments, scheduling meetings, including the collection and organisation of relevant documents.
Skills & Attributes:
Exceptional communication skills both verbal and written
Strong technical receptionist skills and outstanding interpersonal skills
An ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks to meet deadlines
A high level of attention to detail and initiative
Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
Proficient in all Microsoft office applications
High level of customer service skills and professionalism
We are looking for someone who is:
Friendly and considerate with a strong customer service focus
Able to work well as part of a close-knit team
Highly proficient in verbal and written communication
Computer literate with skills in Office 365(including Outlook, Word and Excel)
Strong attention to detail
Adherent to requirements of maintaining the privacy and confidentiality of our clients at all times.
