Customer Service & Social Media Manager
Location: Keilor Park, VIC
Type: Full-time / Part-time / Casual

We’re a small family business based in Keilor Park, managing a few different brands, and we’re looking for someone who’s happy to wear a couple of hats.

You’ll be the go-to person for customer service while also helping us keep our social media accounts active and engaging (Only if interested).

What you’ll be doing:

Responding to customer emails and marketplace messages (eBay, Amazon, etc.)

Answering incoming calls in a friendly and professional manner

Posting and engaging on our social media channels (Only if interested)

Helping with general admin tasks when needed

What we’re looking for:

No specific experience required — we’ll teach you what you need to know

Comfortable using a computer and learning new systems

Good communication skills and a positive attitude

An interest in social media and online trends is a bonus (Only if interested)
