About the Role:

Based in Loganholme, QLD, as the Production Assistant, you will support the manufacturing and packing operations of products, including both wet and dry formulations. You will be involved in hands-on production tasks, equipment handling, documentation, and coordination with internal teams to meet production goals. Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the coordination and execution of production schedules for wet and dry wellness products

Support production planning using Excel and other digital tools.

Support bulk product manufacture and packing.

Complete batch documentation and in-process records.

Report deviations and non-conformances.

Comply with GMP and SOPs.

Follow OH&S requirements and safety protocols.

Use Excel and SAP for inventory tracking and production planning

Liaise with internal departments to ensure material availability.

Answer phone calls and assist with customer queries professionally.

What you will bring to the role:

Minimum 3 years’ experience in a production or manufacturing environment.

Basic understanding of GMP and quality systems.

Strong SAP experience.

Excellent Excel skills (data entry, formulas, basic reporting)

Highly collaborative with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Positive, energetic, and able to manage multiple projects under pressure.

Energetic and proactive with a “can-do” attitude.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Willingness to learn and take on new tasks.
