About the Role
We’re looking for an organised and detail-driven candidate to join our office team. You’ll be the link between our customers, sales team, and the factory—scheduling jobs, preparing production paperwork, and ensuring everything runs smoothly from order to pick-up.

Qualifications & Experience

Organisational skills and attention to detail.

Communication skills—confident speaking with customers and internal teams.

Computer literacy—experience with job management or CAD software is a bonus (training provided).

Tasks & Responsibilities

Schedule and coordinate production of jobs.

Prepare job sheets, labels, and supporting documents for the factory.

Order and track materials.

Communicate with customers regarding timelines and order details.

Work closely with the factory team to resolve any production queries.

Ensure accuracy of orders before they go into production.
