The Role:
We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Architectural Draftsperson to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with strong technical drawing skills and a passion for transforming conceptual designs into accurate, high-quality documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare detailed architectural drawings and documentation for council submission and construction.

Work closely with project team to ensure design intent is maintained throughout the drafting process.

Coordinate with consultants, engineers, and contractors.

Interpret and apply relevant building codes, regulations, and standards.

Update and revise plans as needed.

Proficient in reviewing and making comments to sub-contractor shop drawings

Requirements:

Qualification in Architectural Drafting or a related field.

Proficiency in Revit essential (rendering with Enscape software a plus)

Solid understanding of Australian building codes and regulations (or relevant local standards).

Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills.

Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role preferred.
