An exciting opportunity has opened up for a Production Draftsperson to join their passionate drafting team. If you're detail-oriented, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and are proficient with Revit, this role is for you!

As a Production Draftsperson, you'll play a vital role in turning clients' dream homes into reality. You'll be responsible for producing accurate, high-quality working drawings within set timeframes, ensuring compliance with building codes, regulations, and client specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Produce accurate and compliant drawings in line with client specifications and deadlines.
• Conduct quality assurance checks using internal checklists and protocols.
• Ensure all drawings meet Council, Developer, and regulatory requirements.
• Accurately document dispensations and approvals within the drafting system.
• Collaborate effectively with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery.

About You:

We're looking for a collaborative, proactive professional with a sharp eye for detail and a strong understanding of residential construction.

• Solid experience within the volume residential building sector.
• Proficiency in Revit Technology (essential).
• Excellent attention to detail with strong organisational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Well-developed communication skills and a collaborative approach.
• Knowledge of Rescode, BOE's, and 7-star energy requirements will be highly regarded.
