What You’ll Bring:

The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience in the architectural industry, with a solid foundation in design, documentation, and local construction practices.

In This Role, You Will:

- Collaborate closely with leading architectural and interior design firms

- Contribute to a variety of active projects, across several project sectors

- Showcase your skills with reputable companies while fostering your professional and personal growth.

About You:

We’re looking for individuals who, like us, share a passion for the built environment and take pride in delivering high-quality documentation and detailing. Your qualifications and experience should include:

- Relevant tertiary qualifications and industry experience.

- ARBV registration is a plus, but not essential.

- Exposure to various project typologies and sectors, with exposure to multi-residential construction projects considered favourably.

- Exposure to Leading / 2IC roles on projects considered favourably, but not essential

- Strong proficiency in Revit, with demonstrated experience in architectural and/or interior documentation and detailing.

- Experience coordinating and interpreting consultant documents.

- Sound knowledge of local building codes and standards.

- Adaptability and a collaborative spirit.

- A friendly and professional communication style.

- A desire to fast-track your career and enhance your skills.
