We are seeking a dynamic and commercially minded Chief Growth & Operations Officer to play a pivotal role in driving business performance, strategic execution, and sustainable growth.

This is a critical appointment for a business with national ambition. You'll be responsible for overseeing operational functions, leading cross-departmental alignment, driving profitability, and fostering a high-performance culture. This role suits a senior leader who has come from a progressive, fast-moving organisation and thrives on delivering results through people, systems, and strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the execution of strategic business and growth plans across multiple business units
• Align departmental objectives with company goals to ensure consistent operational excellence
• Partner with department heads to drive leadership accountability, team performance, and results
• Oversee financial performance, budgets, and reporting in collaboration with the CFO
• Identify opportunities for innovation, improvement, and expansion across the business
• Develop and refine systems, technology, and processes to enhance efficiency and experience
• Support recruitment, retention, and leadership development across the business
• Deliver an exceptional client and team experience by setting clear service benchmarks
• Drive a culture of collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement

About You:

• Senior leadership experience within a progressive business environment
• Strong commercial and operational acumen, with experience leading budgets and reporting
• Proven track record of business growth, system improvement, and team development
• A hands-on, strategic thinker who can translate vision into executable plans
• Passionate about culture, performance, and people leadership
• Experience within the property sector is preferred but not essential
