Australian Caravan Centre is a family-owned and operated business with five caravan dealerships along Australia's East Coast. Although our name is relatively new, we bring over 38 years of industry experience, manufacturing trusted brands such as Supreme and Leader Caravans.
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join our Service and Warranty department. In this role, you will provide essential administrative support to help us achieve our company goals. The ideal candidate will have experience managing a variety of administrative tasks, work independently with minimal supervision, and demonstrate exceptional organisation and flexibility. Full time position
Monday – Friday
8.00am – 4.00pm
Newcastle location
$28.00 - $30.00 p/h + Superannuation
Your key responsibilities will be:
Assist the Service and Warranty department in day-to-day administrative tasks including but not limited to invoicing, purchase orders, Monday.com responses and phone calls.
Administration for insurance repairs including but not limited to generating repair orders in Eclipse, invoicing completed repairs in Eclipse and following up outstanding insurance payments for all ACC sites.
Co-ordinate the delivery of goods from our interstate dealership or assist with organising couriers where necessary.
General ad-hoc tasks as required including phone calls and e-mails.
Prepare, submit and track warranty claims; including but not limited to following up with the manufacturer and monitoring claims from beginning to end to ensure the Service department receives proper credit and monies due
About you:
Ability work well independently, be self-motived and pro-active
Confident, driven to succeed and a willingness to learn with a focus on upskilling and growth
Competent computer skills
Previous administration experience with invoicing is highly regarded, but not essential
Passion for caravan and camping is highly regarded
