The Role:
The successful candidate will become a key member of our busy dealership and will be responsible for service bookings, invoicing, following up guest requirements, quoting, providing high levels of customer service and general office duties.
You will be working in a team and be responsible for driving a positive work environment.
Increase Guest satisfaction using effective retention strategies
Achieve monthly targets as set out by Toyota, Nissan, Ford & Hino
Manage daily bookings and invoicing
Ensuring full compliance Work orders and paperwork
Skills and Qualifications:
Strong administrative skills
Strong computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Office applications
Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to multi-task and juggle competing priorities
High attention to detail
Passion, drive and energy to succeed.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Toyota experience desirable
Ability to self-motivate and the drive to develop your skills and technical knowledge
Time management and prioritising skills
Ability to maximise the resources available
Technical knowledge of Motor Vehicles
Computer literate
