The role:

The Administration Officer’s role is highly important and valuable to the company as it ensures continuous and perpetual progression through operation efficiency and process implementation. They are primarily responsible for the organisation, management, development, and implementation of new processes. Their secondary responsibilities involve event management, receptionist duties (where required) and Human Resources responsibilities (where required).

The position exists to continually expand the company and implement the ideas and tasks that management suggest, as well as any others that can be thought of. It is highly encouraged to take the ideas of your supervisors and build upon them, as well as suggest and brainstorm ideas of your own.

The role also involves:

  • Cary out all tasks set by management and above on the shared ‘to do list’
  • Implementing ideas set by management and above.
  • Updating clients on regular basis; Liaising with builders, conveyancers.
  • Rectifying current inefficient processes.
  • Receptionist duties (where required)
  • Human Resources responsibilities (where required)
  • Keep detailed notes in the CRM and track activities
  • Consistent and effective communication of information flow up the chain.
