We are looking for an amazing Office Administrator to join this small and long-standing, Australian owned food manufacturing business who are dedicated to creating healthy and fresh handmade foods!
The Opportunity
In this fabulous position you will be ringing customers regarding their orders, inputting orders into a spreadsheet, creating invoices and printing nutrition labels. You will also be paying suppliers and chasing monies owed.
Requirements
MYOB and MS Excel experience essential
Excellent presentation & articulate professional demeanour
Effective time management skills
Reliability and punctuality are a must
Strong sense of urgency and can-do attitude
Be confident, self-motivated and pro-active
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Full rights to work in Australia
You will take pride in your work and be enthusiastic and eager to learn.
The working days for this position are Mondays & Tuesdays 7am until finish (approximately 2 pm), and Wednesdays 7am until 1 or 2pm (until finish).
