About the Role
The Executive Assistant will provide proactive administrative, coordination, and communication support to the Head of Primary Health & Commissioned Services.
The role will work closely with their direct reports and other senior leaders to keep operations running smoothly, deliver well-organised meetings and communications, and support key deliverables and follow-up across both portfolios.
This is a high-trust role requiring strong judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple moving parts while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities

The Right Person
You’ll thrive in this role if you’re proactive, detail-focused, and adaptable, and if you enjoy working closely with senior leaders in a high-trust, fast-paced environment.
