Are you seeking a role with a values-driven for purpose organisation where you can support young people in our community? Are you passionate about supporting young people to achieve their goals? Apply your skills to support daily operations, admin, WHS, and maintenance, providing flexible teamwork to ensure a smooth-running operation.
This full-time onsite role supports daily administrative tasks, including facilities and fleet maintenance (repairs, car washes, service appointments), WHS compliance, and general administrative support. It works collaboratively across the Operations and Technology team, providing flexible support to meet organisational needs.
You’ll be a great candidate for this role if you:
- Hold a tertiary qualification in Admin, IT, Business, or demonstrate strong experience in related roles supporting operational efficiency and compliance.
- Are skilled in developing and following standard operating procedures to ensure consistent, compliant, and efficient workplace practices across teams and functions.
- Understand property maintenance processes well, with the ability to track equipment and maintain accurate registers for smooth facility operations.
- Are knowledgeable about WHS responsibilities, able to assist with compliance tasks such as coordinating test and tag activities and supporting safety initiatives.
- Have strong interpersonal and communication skills, adept at working with internal teams and external providers to deliver excellent customer service.
- Can demonstrate proven ability to work independently or collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, proficient in business software like Microsoft Office and SharePoint.
Given the work that we do there will be a few non-negotiables. You’ll need to be able to have, or obtain prior to commencement:
- A Working with Children Suitability Card [Blue Card].
- A National Coordinated Criminal History Check [Police Check].
- Evidence of vaccination, immunity, or medical exemption for the following preventable diseases - Measles, Mumps, Rubella and Varicella [Chicken Pox]; Pertussis [Whooping Cough].
