About the Role
As part of our growing business, you will play a key role in ensuring our clients enjoy a seamless and stress-free experience. You may be the first point of contact for new claims or take ownership of coordinating repairs from start to finish. This role is central to maintaining smooth operations, ensuring jobs progress efficiently, and delivering outstanding customer service. You will work closely with our building estimators and administration team to provide timely communication, accurate documentation, and proactive support throughout each project.
Key Responsibilities
Liaise with clients, trades, and contractors to ensure smooth workflow and timely project delivery
Prepare and manage documentation, including quotes, contracts, and appointment schedules
Provide administrative support to the Construction, Restoration, and Finance teams
Assist in resolving day-to-day operational issues efficiently and proactively
Coordinate appointments for estimators and other key stakeholders to meet project timelines
Liaise with trades to ensure all works are progressing on schedule, with regular updates provided to clients and insurers
Maintain accurate and up-to-date information across all relevant portals and systems
Consistently meet all established KPIs and performance targets
What We’re Looking For:
Previous experience in an administrative or coordination role within property insurance claims is highly regarded
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
A proactive, can-do attitude and attention to detail
High attention to detail is a must
Experience in building, construction, or insurance is highly desirable
