The Responsibility
As the Client Services Coordinator, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to;
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all clients, delivering responsive, solutions-focused support tailored to their individual goals and circumstances;
- Foster meaningful, long-term client relationships through proactive communication, empathy, and consistent follow-through;
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records, ensuring every interaction is informed, personalised, and seamless;
- Respond promptly to client needs and high-priority requests, resolving issues efficiently or escalating when necessary;
- Coordinate meetings and engagements, working closely with consultants to deliver a polished and professional experience; and
- Support communication-driven initiatives such as events, workshops, and executive boardroom functions.
The Expertise
The successful candidate will be professional and confident, but with an easy-going nature. You must have a strong ability to connect with people and cultivate lasting relationships! Experience within Professional Services, HR, Education or even Recruitment / Candidate Management, will be highly regarded for a role like this! A natural ability to communicate along with strong MS Office skills and exposure to CRM systems, would be highly favoured.
