The Opportunity
We are currently seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our Head Office Finance team in Adelaide’s Northern Suburbs. This is a critical role responsible for managing our accounts receivable function.
Reporting directly to the Head of Finance & Administration, you will be the go-to person for customer account management, credit control, and debtor reporting. You’ll also collaborate across departments to ensure best-practice financial operations and be an integral part of a supportive team environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage customer accounts, including receipting, allocations, and reconciliations.
Monitor overdue accounts and follow up in line with credit policy.
Conduct credit assessments for new and existing customers.
Prepare aged debtor reports and escalate issues as needed.
Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve account queries.
Ensure compliance with the company’s Credit Insurance Policy.
Assist with administrative tasks
About You

Your skills and experience should ideally include:
2–3 years’ experience in an Accounts Receivable or Credit Control role.
Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
Strong organisational and communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems (experience with Pronto is a plus).
Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
A tertiary qualification in Accounting, Finance, or related field (desirable but not essential).
