About the Role
We’re seeking an Accounts Receivable Officer to join our collaborative Finance team to help drive efficiency, ownership, and strong customer relationships. In this key role, you will manage receivables in a timely and accurate manner, support the financial health of the business, and deliver high-quality service across internal and external stakeholders.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Process all accounts receivable transactions in line with group policy.
Prepare and send invoices, statements, credit notes, and adjustments.
Monitor outstanding debtors and providing timely reports to the Accounts Receivable Supervisor.
Foster strong working relationships across departments and take ownership of customer interactions to resolve queries.
Supporting the Finance team with problem resolution and completion of deliverables.
Reviewing and administering the credit application process.
Contributing to a positive, collaborative, and efficient work environment.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Proven experience in accounts receivable, credit management, or a similar finance role.
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, with a professional approach to customer engagement.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
High attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and the ability to work autonomously and to deadlines.
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
Passion for problem-solving and applying critical thinking to improve outcomes.
Confidence in prioritising and managing multiple tasks.
