About the role: This is an exciting opportunity for a payroll professional to take a step into a supportive environment and be apart of a large payroll group. This role will be best suited to someone who enjoys working in a team environment and is looking to expand their payroll skillset.
The responsibilities: Reporting into the National Payroll Manager, the main responsibilities include:
- Assist with payroll processing
- Managing the payroll inbox
- Onboarding new employees
- Interpret different EBA's
- Maintaining & monitoring overpayment register
- Assisting with reconciling wages clearing accounts
- Help manage payroll reporting
The successful applicant will have:
- Have 3+ years working in a payroll related role
- Experience using SAP or Kronos is an advantage, but not a must have
- Experience working in the blue collar industry is an advantage
- Strong attention to detail and great customer service skills
- Excellent communications skills
- Be able to work in large, team environments
