About the Role:
At Customer Science, you’ll be the engine that keeps our business moving. You’ll manage high-volume day-to-day operations across finance, job administration, and office management – making sure every detail is accurate, every deadline is met, and nothing falls through the cracks.

Your Day Could Include:

Managing bookkeeping, accounts payable/receivable, invoicing, and payroll support in Xero

Setting up jobs in WorkflowMax, tracking utilisation, and producing reports for management

Maintaining office stock – from coffee to consumables – and coordinating travel

Chasing timesheets, keeping financials on track, and making sure our systems are up to date

Supporting events, HR administration, and compliance tasks

Jumping in wherever needed to keep things moving

We’re Looking For Someone Who:

Has proven experience in bookkeeping/finance admin (Xero a big plus)

Can handle large volumes of work accurately and at pace

Spots issues early and takes action without being asked

Brings positive, optimistic energy and thrives in a small-team environment

Communicates clearly and professionally

Loves variety and takes pride in keeping things organised
