Reporting to the Payroll Manager, the Payroll Officer will manage the end to end function of fortnightly payruns.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the end-end preparation, processing and copmletion of the fortnightly payroll
• Add to new employee master file data accurately
• Manage the processing, reconciliation and remittance of deducations to various authorities
• Liaise with HR to understand the requirements of the payrolls and communicate with current vendors
• Providing assistance and support to ensure awards are correctly interprested and applied
