About the Opportunity:

One of Newcastle's fastest growing, dynamic and 21st century firms are looking for a commercially minded, technically astute Senior Manager to join their existing team, during this exciting period of growth.

This is a newly created role, which has come about due to the onboarding of several large scale clients. With this role being earmarked to evolve to a partnership/equity pathway, this is a standout opportunity to come into a highly tailored role with significant autonomy.

Key Responsibilities:

Initially, this role will be office based to get up to speed, establish relationships and meet your team. Once up and running you will have access to WFH etc.

Manage a diverse portfolio of clients ranging in industry sector (only SME's and up)

Oversee tax compliance and planning for businesses

Provide value add CFO services to clients

Successfully manage a team while being supported by the other partners

Contribute to the firm's growth and business development initiatives by identifying referral work

Likes working with HNW Groups, completing interesting high level work

A little bit about you:

10+ years of experience working in an Australian accounting firm

CA or CPA qualifications

Strong advisory skills and a proven track record in providing value-added services

Excellent communication and leadership skills

A proactive approach to client relationships and business development

On outlook for a long term role, becoming a key pillar of the business
