About the role

Renewaworks Pty Ltd is seeking a full-time Bi-lingual Sales Representative English and Madarin to join our team in Ferntree Gully, VIC. In this key role, you will be responsible for driving sales and building strong relationships with our diverse customer base across the local region.

What you'll be doing

Actively identify and pursue new sales opportunities within your designated territory

Develop and maintain positive relationships with both existing and prospective customers

Provide exceptional customer service and technical support to ensure a superior customer experience

Accurately document all sales activities and maintain detailed records in our CRM system

Collaborate with the wider sales team to share best practices and contribute to the overall sales strategy

Deliver regular sales reports and performance updates to management

What we're looking for

Proven experience in a sales or customer-facing role, preferably within the B2B services industry

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with customers from diverse backgrounds

Fluent in both English and Mandarin, with the ability to conduct business in both languages

Excellent time management and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines

A self-motivated and driven individual with a passion for sales and delivering exceptional customer service

Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills to overcome objections and close sales
