The Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Internal Sales Executive to join our team in Heidelberg West. You will work closely with our Business Development Manager and internal teams to manage incoming enquiries, guide clients through the quoting and sales process, and ensure a high level of service is delivered from first contact to order fulfilment. You will play a crucial role in expanding our market presence and driving business growth. You will leverage your skills to identify new opportunities, nurture client relationships, and collaborate to deliver cutting-edge, design-focused audio-visual solutions. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic team at the forefront of technology.
This is a primarily inbound role that requires excellent written communication, the ability to manage multiple client threads simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, and confidence working across CRM, quoting, and invoicing platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Liaise with prospective and existing clients via email and phone to respond to product enquiries and quote requests
Accurately prepare and send quotes and invoices using internal systems
Track and manage customer enquiries using Pipedrive CRM
Coordinate with internal teams including design, engineering, and logistics to ensure client needs are met
Progress leads from initial contact through to confirmed sale and delivery
Maintain detailed communication logs and follow-ups to ensure high service standards
Support the BDM with documentation and workflow visibility
Troubleshoot and resolve any client questions, delays, or scope changes during the quoting phase
Drive new business and build relationships within the architecture, AV, developer, and design space
Skills & Experience
Previous experience in internal sales, client services, or technical quoting roles
Strong English communication skills, especially written, with a client-focused approach
Highly organised with experience managing multiple enquiries simultaneously
Familiarity with quoting, invoicing, and CRM tools (Pipedrive preferred)
A practical mindset and confidence working with custom or technical products
High attention to detail and follow-through
