About the role
You will be responsible for managing the front-of-house team, ensuring an outstanding guest experience, and maintaining operational efficiency. This role requires a proactive and organised professional who can make decisions in a fast-paced environment while working closely with senior management.

Key responsibilities

Lead, train, and motivate the front-of-house team

Coordinate daily service operations, ensuring a seamless guest experience

Create and manage staff rosters

Develop and implement service plans to ensure efficiency during peak times

Oversee front-of-house costs and contribute to cost control strategies

Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and beverages

Maintain excellent customer relations, handling enquiries and feedback professionally

Liaise with management to align operational decisions with business goals

About you

Proven experience in a front-of-house leadership role within hospitality

Strong decision-making skills with the ability to follow established business direction

Excellent organisational and time-management skills

Skilled in coffee preparation and barista service

Professional presentation and strong communication skills

Dynamic and young energy

Multilingual abilities are highly regarded

Proficient in creating rosters and managing labour costs
