About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join Sippy Tom as a Front of House Manager. As the Front of House Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations. We are an established cafe located in Teneriffe, looking for motivated and experienced Front of House manager to help streamline our operations and assist in our transition into early evenings (Friday/Saturday Only)

What you'll be doing

Managing and leading a team of hospitality professionals to deliver outstanding customer service

Overseeing all aspects of venue operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and financial reporting

Organising & hosting pop-ups and events

Developing and implementing strategies to drive sales, improve operational efficiency, and enhance the customer experience

Ensuring compliance with all relevant health, safety, and liquor licensing regulations

Fostering a positive, collaborative, and high-performing team culture

Continuously seeking ways to improve the venue's performance and adapt to changing market conditions

What we're looking for

Proven track record of successfully leading and motivating teams to deliver exceptional customer service

Strong financial management skills, including experience in budgeting, cost control, and reporting

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with customers, staff, and external stakeholders

Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on continuous improvement

Thorough understanding of relevant health, safety, and liquor licensing regulations

Passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to providing an exceptional customer experience
