We're a high-energy, Texan-themed restaurant looking for a full-time Assistant Manager to join our team and grow with us. The Role

Support daily operations alongside the General Manager

Help lead and motivate a high-performing front and back-of-house team

Deliver outstanding customer service with our signature Texan hospitality

Assist with staff rosters, shift management, and team development

Ensure high standards of service, cleanliness, and compliance with health and liquor regulations

Monitor stock levels and assist in managing costs and purchasing

Contribute to a strong team culture and a fun, safe working environment

Work closely with management to uphold brand standards and support promotional efforts

About You

A strong leader with a passion for hospitality and people

Hands-on, organised, and confident in a fast-paced environment

Excellent communicator who leads by example

Ready to take the next step in your hospitality career

Previous experience in a supervisory or assistant management role preferred

Requirements

Previous experience in a hospitality leadership or supervisory role

Strong communication, time management, and problem-solving skills

Current RSA and Approved Manager's Licence, or willingness to obtain

Understanding of OH&S compliance
