We're seeking a Field Technician with 1-2 years of hands-on experience in hardware repairs, desktop support, and IT troubleshooting. If you've built PCs for fun and solved network issues before your morning coffee, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide 1st and 2nd level IT support via phone, email, walk-ins, and remote tools
• Diagnose and repair laptops, desktops, monitors, and printers
• Install and troubleshoot software, hardware, and network components
• Support Windows 10/7, Linux, and virtual environments
• Manage users and mailboxes in Active Directory
• Perform complex software installations and upgrades
• Triage network issues and conduct root cause analysis

Key Skills:

• 1-2 years in IT support, help desk, or field technician roles
• Solid experience with hardware break/fix and PC builds/upgrades
• Strong Office 365 skills (Outlook, Exchange, Teams)
• Familiarity with Active Directory and Windows/Linux OS
• Great communication and fault-resolution skills
• Bonus: Experience with server support or service desk environments
