Your role

• Work with the global technical team to deliver hydraulic / fluid power design solutions to local customers
• Project manage these design solutions from the design stage, through manufacturing, signoff, implementation and ongoing service at mining sites
• Perform failure analysis of hoses and fittings
• Perform on-site inspections, installations, and repairs
• Support mining customers on site driving positive relationships with them and responsive solutions for them

About you

• Bachelor of mechanical engineering degree qualified.
• Around 5 years post-graduation experience in an engineering role either on site or supporting an Australian mining operation
• In-depth knowledge of hydraulic and industrial hose systems
• Ability to troubleshoot hydraulic system failures
• Strong interpersonal and client-facing communication skills
• Thrives in a hands-on environment
