Someone who can scale brands, develop world-class talent, and build the operational engine to make that scale sustainable, predictable and more importantly increase the velocity metric we are obsessed with.

Responsibilities
Own and drive the growth of the entire client brand portfolio, from strategic direction to performance outcomes.
Personally manage 2-6 of our top-tier client brands to stay close to the front lines and lead with moral authority (show the team that you are the kind of leader that stays in touch with the strategy and drives consistent results)
Architect growth roadmaps across all brands: paid media, offers, retention, creative, CRO.
Lead and coach our Account Management team into strategic operators, not task managers.
Build systems, SOPs, and internal tooling that support scalable brand management.
Review performance weekly across brands, flag issues, and deploy interventions.
Build "brand squads" under each AM with creatives, media buyers, and CRO support.
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal marketing, media, creative, and delivery to ensure there is alignment and syc across all departments within the firm.
Hire and scale the brand performance team under you: AMs, junior strategists, coordinators.
Results
Increase brand velocity: shorten time to $10K, $100K, and $1M milestones.
Deliver elite performance and retention across the client portfolio.
Build a replicable operating system for AMs that scales.
Coach high-output account managers who own outcomes, not activity or business.
Create high-performing brand ecosystems with clean dashboards and data visibility.
Serve as a true second brain to the CEO on growth across the client portfolio.
You Might Be a Fit If...
You’ve scaled multiple DTC/eCommerce brands across ads, creative, CRO, and retention.
You’ve led Account Managers or brand operators and coached them to true ownership.
You have strong pattern recognition and real business acumen at the brand level.

You have high EQ, know how to coach, lead, and bring people with you.
