The Role:

• Provide strategic leadership and guidance to a high-performing team of senior managers, leasing professionals, and operational support staff
• Cultivate a results-focused team environment with a strong focus on performance metrics, accountability, and exceptional service
• Oversee departmental budgeting planning and performance reporting
• Confidently resolve complex tenancy issues while maintaining professionalism
• Develop and implement strategic initiatives to expand and elevate the performance of the Property Management division

What We’re Looking For:

• Over 10 years of residential property management experience, complemented by a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role
• Strong operational and legislative expertise
• Proven experience managing a portfolio of over 1,000 residential properties
• Real Estate License is essential
• Consistently adopts innovative technology solutions to drive superior client service
• Proficient in key property management tools including PropertyMe, Inspection Express, Tapi, 2Apply, and Inspect Real Estate
• A natural talent for uniting people to build a culture that supports and drives business objectives
• A leader with integrity and enthusiasm
• Formal qualifications in real estate, business, or leadership are preferred but not essential
