We’re not just looking for someone to shake hands and hand out samples. We’re hunting for a spirited (pun intended) go-getter who wants to own their patch of the country and bring premium global liquor brands to life from the bars of Brisbane to the Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast and beyond.

This is the kind of role where you’re trusted to run the show in your region, build genuine relationships with key venues and partners, and create memorable moments that build love for the brand not just awareness.

Who We’re Looking For:

You’ve probably worked in hospitality, liquor sales, FMCG or with a distributor and you get what it takes to win hearts (and shelf space). But more than that, you’ve got:

That ‘ownership’ mindset, you treat your territory like it’s your business

Confidence to walk into a venue and create instant rapport

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and travel (interstate as well)

A valid driver’s licence and car (we’ll help with the allowance!)

An RSA or willingness to get one ASAP

And if you’ve got a flair for storytelling, love a good activation, and can make a tasting feel like an experience even better.

What You’ll Be Doing:

This is a hands-on, on-the-road, sleeves-rolled-up kind of role. You’ll be:

Growing the footprint of three high-end global spirits brands across QLD and stepping in to work with WA and NT

Planning and running tastings, training sessions, and events that make people fall in love with the product

Nurturing long-term relationships with venues, retailers, distributors and decision-makers

Spotting new opportunities, converting them, and celebrating the wins

Hitting targets and KPIs (yep, we’re results-focused but you’ll have the tools and autonomy to get there)

Base salary of $80–90K (depending on what you bring to the table)
