About the role
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Business Development Manager to join the fast-growing team at EveryStep Support Services Australia. As a part-time Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving new business growth and expanding the company's client base in the Sydney and NSW region. This is a strategic role that will have a significant impact on the overall success of the organisation.
What you'll be doing
Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Sydney and NSW market
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the NDIS space - Build and maintain relationships with support coordinators, LACs, and allied health professionals
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to secure new clients
Prepare and deliver high-quality sales presentations and proposals
Collaborate cross-functionally with the marketing and delivery teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
Represent the organisation at community events, expos, and networking opportunitiesAnalyse market trends and competitor activity to inform the sales strategy
Contribute to the overall business development and growth plans for the company
What we're looking for
Significant experience (5+ years) in a new business development or sales role, preferably within the support services industry- NDIS experience preferable.
Proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets
Excellent consultative selling skills and the ability to listen, understand and tailor solutions to client needs
Strong negotiation and influencing abilities to secure new business
Confident and professional communicator, both written and verbal
Proficient in using CRM systems and sales reporting tools
Degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field (e.g. business, marketing, sales)
Strong understanding of the NDIS framework and participant needs
What we offer

Must have permanent Australian work rights or appropriate visa to work in Australia
Must be able to obtain NDIS Worker Screening Check and National Police Check
