About the role

As an Accounts Assistant at Vivad(Aust) Pty Ltd, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive accounts and administration support to the Financial Controller. This full-time role is based in Campbellfield, Victoria, and you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of the company's financial processes.

What you'll be doing

Prepare and process accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing, payment processing and reconciliations.

Maintain accurate financial records and assist with EOM reporting.

Provide administrative support to the Financial Controller, including data entry, and following up on any queries.

Liaise with internal stakeholders and external vendors to resolve financial queries.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of financial systems and processes.

Stock monitoring on records and physical count.

Back up for payroll processing.

What we're looking for

1-2 years of experience in an accounts or finance support role, preferably in a similar industry.

Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in financial data entry and reconciliation.

Proficient in using accounting software, spreadsheets and other office productivity tools

Proficient in MYOB, advanced Excel skills, and Microsoft Office Suite. (Paypack knowledge a bonus but not a requirement).

A proactive and problem-solving approach to support the finance team

Relevant tertiary qualifications in accounting or finance, or equivalent experience.
