Accounts Assistant – Full-Time | Western Suburbs (Tottenham)

We are a growing business located in Melbourne’s western suburbs, specialising in wharf cartage, container handling, road freight, and warehousing and distribution services. As part of our continued growth, we’re looking to bring an Accounts Assistant on board to support our finance team.

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Tottenham, ideal for someone looking to build their experience in accounts payable within a supportive and hands-on environment.

Key Responsibilities

Process driver run sheets in accordance with internal procedures

Assist with the preparation of subcontractor payments

Support accounts payable processing

Provide general assistance to the Finance Manager

Perform other administrative and finance-related tasks as needed

About You

Strong attention to detail

Confident working with numbers and data

Eager to learn and take initiative

Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel

Formal accounting qualifications or training are a plus

Prior experience with Xero is advantageous (training will be provided)
