Position Overview:

Role: Customer Relations Specialist (Full-time or Part-time, minimum 25 hours per week)

Salary: $65,000 per annum plus superannuation (full-time equivalent)

Inclusions: iPhone, Desktop Computer, 2 screens & home internet paid for

Location: Work from home - Only attend training in person

Key Responsibilities:

Manage customer interactions for assigned states or territories.

Conduct credit assessments and write consumer leases.

Handle collections as needed.

Coordinate stock orders and monitor delivery status.

Continually enhance the customer experience.

Requirements:

Based in the Perth metro area, able to attend initial training in person in Maddington.

Dedicated home office space able to accommodate two monitors (provided).

Strong attention to detail and proficient computer skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Previous experience in customer service or sales.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in sales, consumer leasing or credit management.

Certificate IV in Credit Management or related field.

Collections experience.

No prior experience in consumer leasing? No problem! Comprehensive training will be provided for the right candidate who demonstrates enthusiasm and a willingness to learn.
