About the Role

We’re on the lookout for a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for customer enquiries and play a key role in ensuring smooth order processing and communication between our warehouse and clients.

Key responsibilities include:

Providing customer support via phone and email;

Assisting with business reporting as required;

Handling enquiries on orders, deliveries, product availability, pricing, and ETAs;

Processing orders, inputting POs, invoicing packed orders, and managing backorders;

Booking courier pick-ups;

Attaching invoices and delivery dockets to consignments and manifesting;

Preparing and sharing daily warehouse performance spreadsheets;

Liaising with the warehouse to resolve supplier and customer issues;

Assisting with Goods In and following up on overdue purchases;

Provide ad-hoc support to sales and warehouse to cover absences or busy periods;

Managing accounts receivable: reconciling payments and following up on overdue debtors; and

Resolving customer invoice and account queries with the finance team.

About You

Experience in customer service, logistics, or order processing;

Strong communication and problem-solving skills;

Confidence using business systems and spreadsheets;

Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively;

Confident working with numbers and can apply them practically in day-to-day tasks;

A team-oriented attitude and willingness to learn;

Desirable - Experience with Pronto, SIN7 Core, Outlook and Xero; and

Desirable - Background in plumbing, wholesaling, or irrigation industries.
