About the Role
We’re looking for a Customer Service Supervisor to lead and grow our customer service team. You’ll be the energy in the room — someone who brings discipline, structure, and positivity to drive performance and foster a strong team culture.
As a key part of our Growth Department, you’ll be supporting daily team operations, developing team members, and ensuring service standards are not only met — but exceeded.
This is not just a desk job — it’s a leadership role that requires presence, professionalism, and passion for customer service.

Employment Type: Full-time, permanent
Reports to: Head of Growth
What You’ll Be Doing
Leading, coaching, and mentoring a team of Customer Service Representatives
Driving accountability and service excellence in everything your team does
Managing performance and conducting regular 1:1s, feedback sessions, and team check-ins
Resolving escalated issues and promoting a customer-obsessed mindset
Collaborating with Sales, Operations, and Finance to deliver seamless service
Contributing to continuous improvement and process optimisation initiatives
Living and breathing Founder’s values
What We’re Looking For
5 years’ experience in customer service, with at least 3 years in a team leadership role
Someone with energy, discipline, and presence — you lead by example
Proven ability to coach, develop, and engage a team
A strong communicator who can manage pressure without losing clarity or professionalism
A systems-savvy problem solver who gets things done without cutting corners
Experience in mining, manufacturing, logistics or B2B service industries is an advantage
