About the Role:
You’ll be responsible for servicing a set portfolio of wholesale customers, ensuring their daily orders and enquiries are handled with care and precision. This is not a cold-calling role – it’s all about building relationships and keeping our long-term customers happy.

Your Day Will Involve:

Taking and processing phone and email orders from wholesale clients

Providing product information and stock availability

Liaising with the warehouse and logistics teams to ensure smooth deliveries

Managing any issues or adjustments with a solutions-focused approach

Maintaining accurate records and consistent follow-up with clients

What You’ll Bring:

Previous experience in customer service, preferably in foodservice or wholesale

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy under pressure

A calm, helpful approach and the ability to solve problems on the fly

Familiarity with fast-paced environments and order systems (training provided)
