About the Role:
This isn’t your average call centre job. As an Inside Sales & Customer Service Representative, you’ll be working closely with customers to understand their needs, find solutions, and make sure every interaction counts. Some days you’ll be helping an existing customer get the right part quickly, other days you’ll be following up leads or checking in to see how a recent order went. You’ll be part of a close-knit team that works hard, supports each other, and celebrates wins together.

What we need from you:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and warmth
• Help customers identify the right products and provide solutions that fit
• Meet (and ideally beat) sales and call targets
• Follow up quotes and keep your pipeline moving
• Coordinate with distribution and supply chain to get orders out smoothly
• Support sales campaigns with proactive outreach
• Stay sharp on product and industry knowledge

What you'll bring:

• At least 2 years in sales or customer service, with a track record of meeting targets
• Strong people skills – you can build rapport fast and earn trust
• Previous parts interpretation experience highly preferred
• An eye for detail and a knack for solving problems
• Confident communication – on the phone and over email
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; MYOB EXO experience is a plus
• Positive, energetic and ready to get stuck in
