Key Requirements:

• Tertiary qualification in construction management or similar.
• Demonstrated experience on commercial building projects as Contract Administrator or Project Coordinator.
• Excellent time management.
• Contract administration or site based experience is highly desirable.
• An excellent communicator with the ability to problem solve and develop strong relationships.
