Junior Project Manager – Rivlow Portables (Hopeland, WA)

About the Role

Rivlow Portables is seeking a motivated Junior Project Manager to join our team in Hopeland, WA. This role is ideal for someone with strong organisational and communication skills who can wear many hats: supervising builds, coordinating materials and orders, liaising with clients, managing submissions, and supporting design coordination.

This is an office/site-based position which requires regular on-site presence to ensure projects run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

Project Coordination: Assist with planning, scheduling, and coordinating project timelines.

Supervision: Oversee day-to-day progress of builds, ensuring compliance with quality standards.

Materials Management: Handle material take-offs, ordering, and tracking deliveries.

Submissions & Compliance: Prepare and manage council/certifier submissions and approvals.

Client Liaison: Act as a point of contact for clients, providing updates and resolving queries.

Design Coordination: Work with drafting and engineering teams to align design intent with production.

What We’re Looking For

Background in construction, drafting, or project administration (portable or modular experience a bonus).

Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks at once.

Confident communicator with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and project coordination tools.

A proactive, problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
