We're on the lookout for a motivated and professional senior Receptionist to join our growing team.

This position is perfect for someone who thrives in a client-focused environment and takes pride in delivering high-quality service and support.

You'll be the first point of contact for clients and visitors.

The successful candidate will have excellent organizational skills, a warm and professional presence, and the ability to work independently.

In this role you will be responsible for:

• Front desk reception duties – managing calls and welcoming clients

• Monitoring ATO and ASIC portals for client updates

• Email and inbox management, filing, and general office upkeep

• Nurturing strong client relationships with a customer-first mindset
