Job Description
Managing incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
Scheduling and booking jobs
Providing general administrative support, including data entry, filing, and document management.
Coordinating office upkeep and maintaining inventory.
Providing support to the broader team as required.
What we're looking for:
Proven experience in a similar Receptionist or Office Administrator role, preferably within the plumbing industry.
Strong customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.
Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Proficiency in using Google Docs.
Experience using Servicem8 is preferred.
A friendly, professional, and proactive approach to your work.
