Our client is seeking a Standalone Payroll Manager to join their team based in Sydney CBD. This is a standalone position, responsible for end-to-end payroll. We are looking for someone with hands-on payroll experience who is available to start immediately.

MUST HAVE experience with Preceda and New Zealand payroll.

The Role

• Manage fortnightly payroll for circa 250 employees, for both New Zealand and Australia
• Processing timesheets from Time in Attendance system
• Handle payroll reporting, end-of-month reconciliation and payroll tax lodgments.
• Oversee all onboarding and termination processes, including data entry and system updates.
• Provide support for payroll queries (e.g. award interpretation related to penalty rates and payroll discrepancies)

To be considered for the position

• Experience with end-to-end payroll in a standalone environment, processing casual employees' payroll
• Experience with Preceda
• Experience with New Zealand Payroll
