About the Role

As the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and staff, the Receptionist Trainee plays an important role in creating a positive and professional first impression. You'll learn valuable skills in customer service, communication, and administration while being supported by a friendly and experienced team.

Duties include but not limited to:

Greet visitors and clients with warmth and professionalism.

Answer and direct phone calls and emails.

Maintain the reception area and manage meeting room bookings.

Provide general administrative support to our commercial team.

Assist with incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
